To ensure client satisfaction, we provide a demo website for our clients to evaluate the quality of our work. This allows you to make an informed decision before proceeding with any payments. If you have any questions or concerns prior to making a payment, feel free to contact us.
Each project at Reliant Infotech is handled with utmost care and professionalism. While we strive to meet every client's expectations and deliver projects on time, we understand that changes in plans or dissatisfaction can arise.
To initiate a project, we require a 50% advance payment. If the client decides to cancel the project after 15 days, the advance payment will not be refunded.
To initiate a refund, clients must email us at info@reliantinfotech.in clearly stating the reason for the refund request. The 45* business day refund period will begin only after we have received your email and verified the genuineness of your reason. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 45* business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund in your account.
